PONStoken has performed well recently, and $PONS token, which analyzes
@ponsdotfamily behind the Launchpad mechanism, has recently shown a remarkable trend in the encryption market. Its price has soared by more than 2,000% in the past 30 days, a strong performance closely related to its underlying platform's strengthened control of the Robinhood Chain ecosystem.
Launchpad behind: Pons
$PONS is a native token for the Pons platform. Pons is the largest memecoin launch pad on Robinhood Chain, a platform that allows anyone to create and trade tokens without writing any code. As the core of this unmanaged launch site,$PONS has both governance and practical functions.
The platform's operating model is simple and straightforward: part of the transaction fee is used to automatically repurchase and destroy $PONS tokens, thereby forming a deflation mechanism directly linked to platform usage.
Background of Roninhood Chain
Roninhood Chain announced the official launch of its public main network at an event held in London on July 1, 2026. The chain is an Ethereum Layer-2 network built on Arbitrum and aims to support tokenized stock trading, DeFi revenue products, and AI-driven autonomous trading services covering more than 120 countries.
Pons quickly filled the gap in market activity. Pons went into operation within days of the Roninhood Chain main network launch and absorbed most of the early launch site activity traffic after rival Noxa suddenly stopped accepting new projects on July 11.
Omni-directional dominance
In just a few weeks, nearly one-tenth of the trading volume on the entire chain came from Pons. During a certain 24-hour window, 922,540 of the 9,559,806 transactions involving Pons were traded online or bound to the curve. As of early September, the platform's single-day trading volume reached a record of US$500 million, and the cumulative transaction volume reached approximately US$4 billion.
On September 2, Binance Wallet added $PONS to its Alpha trading tier, and the price of the token hit a record high the next day. On September 3, Pons 'fee income reached US$5.95 million that day, ranking fourth among all cryptographic protocols tracked by DefiLlama, and even briefly exceeded Roninhood Chain's own income level.
Driven by this momentum, the market value of $PONS has climbed to nearly US$600 million, and community sentiment remains bullish.
Important Tips and Competitive Landscape
It is worth noting that Pons is not an official Robinhood product. It is an unmanaged protocol independently developed by Pons Labs, LLC and deployed on the chain. Although Pons currently dominates the Roninhood Chain, due to the low threshold for token creation, other launch sites can still compete through different fee structures and launch mechanisms.
For example, in early August, Uniswap launched its own launch site Pools.trade, free of fees and quickly accounted for half of the launch site's transaction volume. This development briefly shook market confidence in $PONS, but then its repurchase mechanism helped stabilize market sentiment.
