Solana prices rebounded, breaking through key resistance levels
Solana (SOL) prices surged by about 5.2% in 24 hours, trading close to $113.85. In the past week, it has increased by more than 10%, and has successfully broken through key resistance levels that have recently limited buyers 'power.
New network dynamics boosted gains
The price increase was due to ZetaChain holders approving a plan to migrate ZETA tokens to the Solana network. The decision introduces new projects to the Solana Network as SOL bullish momentum accelerates. CoinGecko pointed out that token migration is one of the important drivers of the current rebound.
In early June this year, Solana had difficulty gaining a foothold above $100, and the $106 to $110 range has been a persistent obstacle for buyers. SOL has now surpassed that area, with analysts pointing to the next significant area on the chart that needs to focus on is $117 to $120.
Institutional capital inflows demonstrate continued demand
Institutional participation continues to expand, further supporting Solana's climb. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) focused on Solana-have registered inflows for 12 consecutive weeks. It is worth noting that Bitwise's Solana Pledged ETF asset management scale has recently exceeded US$1 billion, reflecting the growing market interest in the asset.
This injection of institutional capital, coupled with enhanced network activity and ecosystem development, has given Solana a stronger fundamentals than previous attempts at recovery. Even during a period of weak prices at the beginning of the year, key adoption indicators were trending upward.
Coinpaper pointed out that although Solana's price once fell below $100, equity tokenization activity on its chain was growing, highlighting the divergence between market value and chain growth.
Technical Outlook and Memo Market Dynamics
As SOL builds support in the US$117 to US$120 range, based on past analysis, analysts believe the next important target is between US$145 and US$150. If it cannot remain above $110, it may indicate that the breakthrough is weak; if it falls below $105, the focus will return to the support area of $100.
In the context of the rapidly evolving memecoin market, the importance of monitoring price levels and investor behavior has become increasingly prominent. In this environment, trends can translate into huge returns in a matter of days. Data from the Fomo App shows that a trader invested $99 in the "Niu Lai" token and ultimately made a profit of approximately $370,000, demonstrating the high speculative nature of such tokens.
The Fomo App provides integrated token discovery and trading capabilities, including social dynamics, investor rankings and trading alerts, making it easier to track price movements and changes in investor strategies.
As Solana continues its gains and new projects such as ZETA join the ecosystem, the market remains focused on key support and resistance levels in the next few trading days.
