XRP Prices are falling, technology is not stopped
This is the point made by XRP ledger verifier Vet (@Vet_X0) in a recent article. "XRP prices may be falling, but technology is improving," he wrote. Currently, XRP is trading at $1.39, down nearly 9% from last week. Vet's remarks accurately captured the current state of the network.
The authorization delegation function is officially launched
The "Permission Delegation" amendment has been activated on the XRP ledger master website. With the amendment, account holders can authorize other accounts to send specific transaction types on their behalf. Developers can now natively limit the scope of operations for delegated accounts. Prior to its activation, the amendment received more than 80% of validators support for two consecutive weeks.
Batch processing function is launched today
The "Batch" amendment is scheduled to be launched on October 9, and is paired with the supporting security fix fixBatchV1_2. Batch processing allows users to combine up to 8 transactions into one atomic operation. Every transaction in the group is either completely successful or completely failed, and no partial execution will occur. This capability is extremely important for institutional clearing and complex multi-step workflows.
Three amendments are still on the voting process
There are currently three amendments on the voting stage: Confidential Transfer, Sponsorship 人（Sponsor）和动态MPT（Dynamic MPT）。机密转账将在链上加密MPT余额和转账金额；赞助人功能允许第三方为其他用户支付交易费用和储备金要求；动态MPT则允许发行者在发行后修改某些代币属性。
