在《数字资产市场清晰度法案》（Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act）未能跨越参议院60票的程序性门槛后的24小时内，近10万名交易者遭遇强制平仓。据CoinGlass数据显示，总清算金额约达4.8亿美元。

其中，看涨头寸（即押注价格上涨的仓位）造成的损失高达3.63亿美元，而看空头寸仅占1.14亿美元。这一悬殊比例凸显了在该法案周二投票前夕，市场持仓结构已呈现出极度单边化的特征。

此前市场乐观情绪浓厚

交易员们在本周持续押注乐观预期。有报道称，唐纳德·特朗普总统对该法案的道德条款持开放态度，愿意做出让步。受此提振，比特币价格在周一从约7.7万美元上涨至接近8万美元的高位。

然而，这种涨势在投票前约一天开始逆转。随着迹象表明参议院民主党人并未作出实质性让步，市场情绪迅速降温。最终， cloture（结束辩论动议）以49比50票失败，距离所需的60票门槛还差十票。值得注意的是，七位参与协商文本的民主党议员投下了反对票。

正如此前报道，卢米斯（Lummis）的发言人表示民主党人“寸步未让”，而共和党人则直接驳回了反提案。由于共和党在参议院拥有53个席位，他们需要至少7张民主党选票才能跨过门槛，但最终未能如愿。

当前市场走势分析

根据数据，比特币价格一度短暂跌破7.5万美元大关，创下自8月底以来的最弱水平，随后稳定在7.58万美元附近。XRP成为主要加密货币中表现最差者，跌幅接近10%。

美国现货比特币ETF也加剧了市场压力，周二单日净流出约4.5亿美元，创下自6月以来的最大单日流出纪录。

尽管该法案的折戟意味着2026年的市场结构立法进程受阻，但监管规则制定工作仍在继续。美国证券交易委员会（SEC）和商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）均释放出信号，表明它们可以在没有国会介入的情况下推进加密市场的框架建设。
