13只美国现货比特币ETF单日净流出4.504亿美元

据Farside数据显示，9月15日，13只在美国上市的现货比特币交易所交易基金（ETF）录得合计4.504亿美元的净赎回额。这是自6月下旬以来该板块出现的最大单日资金流出规模。此前一个交易日（9月14日），这些基金曾实现1.599亿美元的净流入。

上一次出现类似的净流出发生在6月24日，当时受科技股广泛抛售影响，风险资产承压，导致相关基金流失4.69亿美元。9月15日的流出数据已接近这一水平，且恰逢美国参议院未能在程序性投票中推动一项重大数字资产法案通过。

富达与贝莱德引领资金撤离

当日，富达（Fidelity）的FBTC录得所有单只基金中最大的净流出，金额为2.148亿美元。贝莱德（BlackRock）旗下的iShares比特币信托紧随其后，撤资额为1.617亿美元。这两只基金的流出量占全部13只产品总流出量的83%以上。

其余损失由三只基金分担：Grayscale比特币信托ETF减少4410万美元，ARK 21Shares比特币ETF损失1740万美元，Bitwise比特币ETF录得1240万美元的净流出。

法案停滞致比特币价格下跌

截至发稿时，比特币交易价格为75,700美元，较前24小时下跌2.5%，数据来源为CoinMarketCap。参议院以49票对50票的结果否决了推进《CLARITY法案》的动议。该法案旨在建立数字资产的监管框架，但未能达到突破程序性阻挠所需的60票门槛。

比特币价格走低与立法进程受阻的双重压力，逆转了前一交易日记录的流入态势。此前，投资者情绪在预期投票结果较为乐观的背景下更为积极。
