据报道，加密货币交易所及钱包提供商区块链.com（Blockchain.com）计划在今年启动首次公开募股（IPO），预计融资规模约为5亿美元。这一消息距离该公司在上一轮加密牛市巅峰时期达到140亿美元估值，已过去四年多。

Bloomberg援引知情人士消息称，区块链.com正在寻求以40亿至60亿美元的估值进行IPO。此外，若为完成上市需要，该公司也接受发行规模较小的方案。

据Cointelegraph此前报道，区块链.com已于今年5月向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）秘密提交了招股说明书草案，为潜在的IPO铺平了道路。当时，公司并未披露计划发行的股份数量或潜在的价格区间。

此次IPO计划的推进，正值资本市场对加密货币公司的开放态度逐渐回暖之际。自上个月市场复苏以来，比特币（BTC）价格已上涨超过30%。此前，美国财政部宣布将大幅增加长期国债的回购操作，这一举措推动了加密市场的强劲反弹。
