Key Points
Rezolve AI shares rose about 21% on Google's decision to integrate its distributed database solution into Google Cloud Web3.
The platform manages indexing operations and data pipelines for blockchain datasets covering 10 different networks.
This integration involves approximately 100 TB of historical blockchain information and has undergone comprehensive encryption verification.
This marks the first major commercial partnership between Rezolve AI and a major technology company.
Market forecasts show that AI infrastructure investment in data intake and preparation will expand from US$109 billion in 2025 to US$295 billion in 2030.
Rezolve AI (RZLV) shares surged by about 21% after the news was released, as Google chose to integrate its proprietary distributed database platform into Google Cloud Web3. Volume rose 11.9% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, and the rally extended throughout the trading day.
Rezolve AI PLC, RZLV
This integration takes place at the infrastructure layer of Google Cloud architecture. Rezolve AI's solutions provide indexing capabilities and manage the data pipelines that support Google Cloud Web3 blockchain dataset products.
This deployment covers comprehensive historical information from 10 independent blockchain networks, with a cumulative data volume of approximately 100TB.
Google has selected Rezolve AI's proprietary distributed database technology to deploy on Google Cloud. The initial deployment includes approximately 100 TB of historical data on 10 blockchain networks and has undergone strict encryption, pattern and structure verification...
Each block of data processed through the infrastructure requires six independent cryptographic verifications. In addition, schema verification, structural integrity assessment, and cross-verification protocols are required before data can be accessed through the Google Cloud public dataset repository.
This cooperation marks the first time that Rezolve AI has established substantive commercial cooperation with a top technology company. For an organization in the early stages of commercialization, acquiring Google as a customer is a significant verification milestone.
Daniel M, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI. Wagner said the collaboration is "an independent verification of the technology we have developed over the years." Wagner emphasized that the choice shows that the company's infrastructure can meet the strict technical requirements of global technology giants.
Strategically Fit Enterprise Infrastructure Layout
Rezolve AI documented plans to commercialize distributed database technology as an enterprise infrastructure product in its 2025 annual report. The strategic blueprint includes expanded capabilities, broader network coverage, and enhanced intelligent capabilities.
The integration with Google is directly consistent with Rezolve's recently launched Rezolve Provenance solution. Both initiatives reflect the company's strategic transformation towards AI infrastructure components that emphasize accuracy, verification and compliance.
Taken together, these initiatives constitute what the company calls a "trust and data" technology stack. If enterprise-level applications can be implemented on a large scale, Rezolve's addressable market opportunities will likely far exceed its original business-oriented positioning.
Financial Forecasts and Market Opportunities
Financial analysts predict that Rezolve AI will achieve revenue of $971.7 million and profit of $117.6 million by 2029. Achieving this forecast requires an annual revenue growth of approximately 174.9% from the current profit position of-101.4 million.
Optimistic analysts estimate that based on an annual growth rate of nearly 215%, revenue is expected to be close to US$1.5 billion by 2029.
Standard & Poor's Global Market Intelligence estimates that global AI infrastructure spending focused on data ingestion, integration and preparation activities will increase from US$109 billion in 2025 to US$295 billion per year in 2030.
The cooperation with Google strengthens RZLV's partner-centered expansion strategy. However, the partnership does not address current challenges, including ambitious revenue targets and continued cash consumption.
As of the latest market update, RZLV shares are up approximately 21.81%, while Alphabet (GOOG) is down 0.36%.
