Polymath has partnered with High Ridge Trust to promote institutional tokenized market access
Polymath Research Inc., which provides enterprise-level infrastructure for regulated digital securities. It was announced on September 11 that it had established a partnership with High Ridge Trust, a U.S. licensed trust company focusing on institutional digital assets. According to announcements issued by the two companies, the cooperation aims to combine Polymath's tokenization technology with the custody and trading capabilities of High Ridge Trust to provide a more practical path for institutional investors to enter the tokenization market.
Connected technology and regulated infrastructure
This cooperation combines the complementary advantages of the two companies. Polymath provides software solutions for distribution, compliance management and lifecycle management, while High Ridge Trust contributes the expertise of licensed trust companies in security, transparency and institutional-level controls. Its core goal is to integrate blockchain-based tokenization technology with traditional financial security mechanisms to meet the prerequisites for institutional investors to participate in the market on a large scale.
Natalie Hirsch, chief financial officer ofPolymath, said: "When technology works together with regulated financial infrastructure, the power of tokenization will be greatly unleashed." She added that the two companies agreed that the next generation of capital markets requires blockchain technology and traditional safeguards to operate together in an interconnected ecosystem.
Custody, Trading and Future Revenue Potential
Under the agreement, High Ridge Trust will leverage its expertise in institutional digital assets to serve tokenized assets, including custody and client-directed transactions, and capture potential revenue opportunities as the market evolves. Karen Wendel, President and CEO of High Ridge Trust, pointed out that institutions 'adoption of tokenization does not rely solely on technology."It also requires a regulated financial infrastructure and clear accountability and control systems designed for the reality of digital assets." She emphasized that the two companies 'goal is to make institutional participation in the tokenization market more pragmatic and feasible.
Polymath's strategic move into the open market
The alliance follows another important agreement Polymath reached on August 18: Polymath agreed to be acquired by Nasdaq-listed TruGolf Holdings in a deal to bring Polymath's blockchain and tokenization infrastructure to the U.S. open market, subject to meeting regular delivery conditions.
The tokenized securities infrastructure space has attracted a series of institutional transactions this year, including a collaboration between ICE and tZERO to develop the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) tokenized securities infrastructure. The two companies said they will identify and leverage the technical and operational resources of their respective platforms to create a more connected experience for institutional customers. At the same time, the company also reminded that relevant measures and TruGolf's acquisition still need to be bound by the market environment, regulatory requirements and delivery conditions.
