The CLARITY Act aims to clarify the regulatory framework for digital assets in the United States and establish a comprehensive structure for the cryptocurrency market. However, the bill was temporarily blocked because it did not receive the required 60 votes in the Senate, which affected efforts to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework through legislation.
