金融基础设施的转变
这份源自IMF的报告深入分析了支付系统和资产市场基础设施的演变。报告特别提到，银行机构正尝试利用无需许可的网络进行资产发行和交易处理。法国兴业银行是这一趋势的典型代表，其发行的EUR CoinVertible稳定币已在以太坊、Solana、Stellar以及XRP Ledger等多个区块链网络上运行。

For Stellar, the report provides a similar context for institutional infrastructure. Societe Generale's stablecoin deployment has included Stellar in its support network, but the report does not indicate that every transaction directly requires the use of XLM tokens. The same logic applies to XRP Ledger: its inclusion in use demonstrates its value as an institution-level blockchain infrastructure, but further widespread adoption will still require measurable settlement volumes and continued financial activity.
Overall, the current discussion focuses on the institutional implications of these network deployments. The IMF report itself focuses mainly on infrastructure design, interoperability, governance mechanisms and emerging financial models, rather than simply speculating on the prices of specific tokens or short-term speculative demand.
