BTC Michael Saylor：金融体系需为AI自主经济重构
Strategy公司（纳斯达克股票代码：MSTR）执行主席Michael Saylor近日表示，随着人工智能（AI）智能体能够不依赖人类工时或传统金融接口而拥有、移动和使用资金，整个金融体系亟需进行重建，以适应这一新型经济形态。
在9月26日发表的题为《数字经济繁荣处方》的文章中，Saylor预测，AI智能体将越来越多地“研究、谈判、购买并与其他智能体协调”，从而催生出对下一代金融基础设施的需求，该基础设施必须具备全天候运行的能力。他写道：“货币和资本必须以软件的速度运行，全年365天、每天24小时不间断可用。”
Saylor的这一警示与全球最大资产管理公司贝莱德（BlackRock）最近的预测相呼应。贝莱德目前管理的资产规模高达15万亿美元。在其9月份发布的《机器原生经济体》报告中，贝莱德指出，代理型AI可能成为数字资产“被低估的需求、效用和应用增长来源”。报告强调，自主软件需要基于机器的原生支付通道，可能包括稳定币和其他链上资产，以便智能体能够自主购买数据、计算能力及其他服务。
AI智能体已开始交易加密货币
由AI驱动的代币化金融未来正在逐渐成型，近期 developments 为此提供了佐证。例如，Coinbase首席执行官Brian Armstrong于9月25日表示，Grok目前是Coinbase上代理交易者的领先客户端，并引用了Coinbase开发者平台的数据作为支撑。
数据显示，在9月14日至9月21日期间，Grok占据了Coinbase平台上大型语言模型客户端产生的名义交易量的约59.5%。自定义命令行界面占比为21.7%，Claude占比13.4%，Perplexity占比3.5%，ChatGPT占比1.5%。Armstrong指出，现货市场、期货市场和股票市场的活动均在增长。开发Grok的xAI创始人Elon Musk对此评论道：“酷。”
呼吁赋予数字资产五大基本权利
Saylor认为，主要围绕人类身份和工时而设计的金融系统，随着越来越多的经济活动委托给软件，最终将成为一种限制。他指出：“传统金融系统是围绕人类身份、人类接口和人类工作时间组织的。”相反，AI智能体需要数字钱包、可编程支付以及软件可直接访问的可转让资产。
Saylor还将这一明显的转变与更广泛的政策论点联系起来。他实质上呼吁个人和公司应拥有“创建、发行、托管、转移和使用数字资产”的权利，同时敦促政策制定者保护金融隐私，并在数字货币领域允许更大的竞争。
Saylor structured his proposal around five basic digital asset rights: the right to create new assets, the right to issue assets to raise capital, the right to hold assets directly or through a custodian, the right to freely transfer assets, and the right to use assets to consume, invest, earn income, or borrow. He said these rights should apply to individuals and companies because restricting the way assets are used limits their economic value.
He also hopes that the U.S. dollar stablecoin will compete more freely in terms of yields and be provided by banks, fintech companies and technology platforms. Saylor said that as AI automates more work, the economy needs to create new businesses faster, and he believes the goal should be to enable 10 million new businesses to raise capital. He emphasized that the integration of digital assets and AI will help finance and coordinate a more automated economy in the near future.
