TradingView data shows that Bitcoin's volatility has eased in the past 24 hours, with only slight price changes, and liquidity accumulating near current levels. According to CoinGlass, a data platform that tracks the digital asset market, the liquidity of buy and sell orders is concentrated near the spot price, which is a typical feature of range trading. The trading chart reflects this period of low volatility, and despite macroeconomic fluctuations, the BTC/USD trading pair remains generally stable.
Analyst Outlook: Bitcoin cooling trend
On Tuesday, Bitcoin fell to this month's low and then experienced a moderate rebound. As of press time, Bitcoin's intraday price rose by approximately 0.5%, thanks to the improvement in overall sentiment on risky assets.
On-chain analytics firm CryptoQuant pointed out that macroeconomic headwinds continue to prevent Bitcoin from regaining its previous upward trend (a 25% increase in August). Julio Moreno, head of research at CryptoQuant, pointed out in the company's latest weekly analysis that Bitcoin's price indicators have changed.
Moreno explained that the Bull Score Index, a proprietary tool to measure bullish market conditions, has slipped from 80 to 60 points. This score represents the threshold at which CryptoQuant classifies as "bullish", which indicates that Bitcoin is in a cooling trend rather than a major reversal.
CryptoQuant said in a recent assessment that while "the trend remains bullish," momentum and macro conditions pose headwinds in the short term. Weaker U.S. demand, increased inflows of capital to replace cryptocurrencies, and a week full of macroeconomic risks-including delays in the CLARITY Act and the recent Federal Reserve rate hike-are cited as factors contributing to the current consolidation phase. CryptoQuant reminds attention to key support levels for Bitcoin: $70,000 and the $62,000 to $65,000 range.
CryptoQuant said: "Bitcoin is cooling down, not turning. A 60-point bull market score keeps the trend bullish, but fading U.S. demand, increasing altcoin flows and a week full of macro risks-delays in the CLARITY Act and expected Fed rate hikes-all point to consolidation. Please pay close attention to the $70,000 and $62,000 - 65,000 as support levels."
Against the backdrop of changing global financial conditions, traders are closely watching the bull market scoring index to assess the sustainability of current price levels.
