Grayscale已正式宣布对其Zcash ETF（代码：ZCSH）进行3比1的向前拆股。这是美国首只旨在追踪隐私币表现的交易所交易基金（ETF）。此次拆股将使每位投资者持有的股份数量增加两倍，同时保持其持仓总价值不变。

资金流入与持仓情况
After its launch as an ETF, Grayscale reported that the size of assets managed by ZCSH increased from approximately US$260 million at the time of listing to more than US$500 million in early September. According to an analysis released by analyst Austin Liu on September 17, most of the assets in ZCSH originated from previous trust positions, of which approximately US$70 million were new external inflows, and another US$100 million were allocated by DCG International Investments, a subsidiary of Grayscale's parent company Digital Currency Group.
As of September, the ETF held more than 550,000 ZECs, accounting for nearly 3% of the total supply of Zcash-a cryptocurrency known for its privacy features and trading flexibility.
Grayscale plans to increase the number of shares held by ZCSH holders by issuing two new shares to each existing shareholder, which will not affect their shareholding ratio or the total value of their positions.
Structure and Security Mechanism of ZCSH
Zcash allows users to choose between conducting transparent transactions or blocking transactions. Transparent addresses work similar to Bitcoin, revealing transaction details; blocked addresses hide the sender, recipient and transaction amount.
Despite Zcash's privacy advantages, ZCSH stores its assets in Coinbase Custody's transparent address. This approach ensures that all fund assets can be audited on the public blockchain, providing greater transparency to market participants.
