Blockchain.com 与纽约证券交易所集团（NYSE Group）达成的谅解备忘录， outlining 了在全球范围内发行代币化美国股票和交易所交易基金（ETF）的计划。
此次合作设想由纽约证券交易所提供一个数字交易场所，支持全天候交易及基于区块链的结算。ICE Data Services 将共享 Blockchain.com 的加密货币指标，而 Blockchain.com 则整合纽约证券交易所和 ICE 的股票信息，实现双向数据交换。
目前，Blockchain.com 已通过其 Ondo Finance 合作伙伴关系，向欧洲 30 个国家的客户提供超过 200 种代币化美国股票和 ETF。实施工作有待监管批准，目前尚未公布具体的部署时间表。
合作条款与结构
一份谅解备忘录正式确立了双方之间的关系。该框架涵盖了在美国交易所上市的代币化证券的未来可用性。根据协议，合格的 Blockchain.com 客户将通过纽约证券交易所即将推出的电子交易场所访问这些数字资产。具体实施取决于获得必要的监管许可。
两家机构均未披露初步推出的具体司法管辖区。拟议中的纽约证券交易所基础设施支持超越传统市场时段的连续交易运营。结算处理将在区块链网络上直接进行。此前纽约证券交易所曾表示，该系统将支持通过稳定币资产购买部分股份和融资。
Blockchain.com 执行主席兼首席执行官 Peter Smith 表示，代币化股票代表了当代金融市场中最重大的创新之一。他强调，与纽约证券交易所基础设施的整合能够将代币化投资产品带给 Blockchain.com 的国际客户群体。
值得注意的是，纽约证券所在今年三月已与 Securitize 建立了单独的合作关系。预计 Securitize 将在新兴平台中担任数字过户代理和经纪交易商参与者。
双向数据交换倡议
此次合作还包括相互的数据分发组件。ICE Data Services 是纽约证券交易所母公司洲际交易所（Intercontinental Exchange）的附属公司。ICE Data Services 计划将其现有的客户网络提供 Blockchain.com 的加密货币市场情报和分析工具。这一安排将为传统金融机构提供更强的加密货币估值洞察。
同时，Blockchain.com 将把部分 ICE 和纽约证券交易所的市场信息流整合到其平台中。这种整合将向用户在其数字货币投资组合旁边提供实时股票市场数据。
Blockchain.com, with more than 44 million verified user accounts, represents a huge distribution channel. Lynn Martin, president of the New York Stock Exchange Group, said that future capital markets will be shaped by organizations that combine the reliability of traditional finance with the convenience of digital assets.
Market background and expansion
Tokenized equity products are not unfamiliar territory to Blockchain.com The platform has previously provided such products to eligible customers in multiple jurisdictions. This year, Blockchain.com expanded its partnership with Ondo Finance in European markets, providing customers in 30 countries in the European Economic Area with access to more than 200 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs.
At the same time, the platform is expanding its regulated business in Africa. Blockchain.com recently became a participant in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria's Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Program (ARIP). The move establishes a compliance framework for digital asset companies operating in Nigeria and is one of several initiatives Blockchain.com is taking to strengthen its international presence outside the United States.
It should be pointed out that the functions of tokenized investment instruments are different from traditional stock ownership. Blockchain.com clarified that its products that integrate Ondo reflect the financial performance of underlying stocks and ETFs, but do not grant direct shareholder rights. According to the company, regulated U.S. custodians hold traditional assets that support these tokenization instruments.
