Ali's XRP daily chart depicts an "Inverse Head-and-Shoulders" pattern: early lows form the left shoulder, deeper lows form the head, and subsequent higher lows form the right shoulder. This pattern requires the price to close daily above the neckline and show subsequent momentum before its projected price changes have technical significance.
US$2.10 is a measurement target price calculated by applying the height of the pattern to the breakthrough point. The price is only relevant when XRP clears neckline resistance and continues to trade above it.
At the time of publication, XRP orthogonality facilitated this key decision-making area. If the daily closing price can stand above the neckline, it indicates that the previous resistance level has begun to play a supporting role; if it falls below it, the pattern has not yet been confirmed. The next question is more specific: Can the market hold on to the next resistance zone after the initial breakthrough?
Brandt's chart gives a longer historical dimension to the recovery
Brandt's September 27 post used a weekly XRP/USD chart on a logarithmic scale. Each candle represents an entire week, and the logarithmic scale shows a percentage change rather than an equal dollar increment.
This chart tracks the extensive compression of XRP after early cycle highs: downward ceilings from major highs and upward floors from later lows. Prior to this stage, XRP has moved onto this broader structure, making long-term charts very different from individual daily settings.
