There is an interesting smaller historical comparison on the left side of the chart. SUI had previously formed an arc-shaped recovery structure, and then recovered to near the $5 area. Kucuker seems to use this early form as a reference to speculate on the eventual results of this larger structure.
However, the first challenge is far from reaching the $14 level. 
Source: X/@CelalKucuker SUI still faces a lot of technical work. The chart shows that in the approximate range of $2.50 to $3, there is a downward resistance line crossing the expected path. In addition, there is the previous main price area, which is $4 to $5.
These areas are important because the $14 argument becomes more attractive only when SUI first recovers progressively higher levels.
Why US$14 is an extraordinary SUI price target
At US$1.25, to reach Kucuker's target of approximately US$14.07 means SUI needs to rise by more than 1,000%. This means that investors looking at this chart today are actually facing a scenario that is more than 11 times bigger.
Analysts 'price targets are also located near the upper boundary of the long-term rising channel drawn across the chart. In other words,$14 is not portrayed as the immediate destination of SUI after clearing $1.25, but rather the end of a larger bull market structure.
This distinction is crucial. A chart can plot theoretical destinations but does not establish where prices will actually go. SUI first needs to maintain its recovery momentum, overcome multiple levels of resistance, and ultimately far exceed its previous highs.
