XRP XRP
Hussein Zangana highlighted the upcoming discussions at the "XRP Seoul" event, highlighting cooperation with Kyobo Securities, Woori Bank, Kakao Bank and others on tokenization and DeFi issues. In addition to Ripple executives, the diverse lineup of attendees ensured the comprehensiveness of the discussions. Key attendees included RippleX Engineering Director J.A. Akinyele, and ecological growth heads Christina Chan and Tatsuya Kohrogi. In addition, representatives of Anchored Finance, Soil, Datault AI and many well-known South Korean banks will also join the event.
Can network enhancement proceed smoothly?
In October, the XRP ledger will usher in a critical upgrade. Three updates-Batch, fixBatchV1_2, and permissions delegation-are planned to be implemented here. If the support rate remains above 80%, the authorization update will be activated on October 8, followed by a batch update on the 9th.
In order for these changes to take effect, high support must be maintained within the two-week activation window. Given that volatile markets can affect results, many traders use tools to get seamless updates to charts, news and key data to view this information centrally in one interface. If support continues to be strong, it is expected that changes to batch processing and authority delegation will be integrated into the main network in the second week of early October.
The Swell Conference, scheduled to be held from October 27 to 29, 2026, will also provide a platform to showcase cooperation and product innovation in the Ripple field.
