Bitcoin ETF outflows accelerate, investors withdraw $449 million in three days

U.S. spot bitcoin ETF suffered its largest single-day outflow in nearly two months

U.S. spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded its largest single-day net outflow in nearly two months, partially reversing the net inflow momentum of US$3.8 billion created during the strongest three-week period in 2026. According to SoValue data, the spot Bitcoin ETF recorded a net outflow of $282.6 million on Thursday, the largest net outflow since a net outflow of $424.7 million was recorded on July 13.

Currently, the total net asset value of these funds totals US$97.5 billion. Among Thursday's outflows, the ARK21 Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) accounted for the largest share, with an outflow of $164 million; followed by the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF (GBTC), with an outflow of $36 million;Fidelity's FBTC followed closely with an outflow of $33.6 million.

These three days of consecutive selling have brought the cumulative net outflow so far this week to US$449 million, while the cumulative net inflow is US$55.17 billion.

Ethereum and Solana ETF are under pressure simultaneously

Meanwhile, the spot Ethereum (ETH) ETF recorded a net outflow of $29.8 million on Thursday, erasing most of Wednesday's net inflow of $34.8 million. In addition, the spot Solana (SOL) ETF also recorded a net outflow of $483,000 on Thursday, following a net inflow of $11.7 million the day before.
