XRP prices fell sharply by nearly 10% to close at $1.30 early Wednesday morning as the U.S. Senate failed to advance the Clarity Act. Affected by this, Bitcoin (BTC) also fell to around $76,000.

XRP led the sell-off wave

In early Asian trading, XRP fell nearly 10% to US$1.30, becoming the weakest performing major token. Ethereum (ETH) fell nearly 5% to around $2,410;Solana (SOL) fell 5% to just over $97; and Dogecoin (DOGE) fell nearly 5%. Bitcoin fell slightly by nearly 3%, remaining above $76,000.
