BNB prices fall as Binance plans to migrate stock accounts

BNB价格下跌至约761美元，币安宣布将于9月29日起迁移资金账户资产

随着币安（Binance）宣布将于9月29日开始把加密资产余额从“资金账户”（Funding Accounts）转移至“现货账户”（Spot Accounts），BNB的价格已下跌3.3%，报约761美元。此次调整是2027年1月“股票账户”更名前的准备工作之一。

市场概况与迁移计划摘要

截至9月23日，BNB价格维持在761美元附近，过去七天内涨幅达7.4%。币安将于9月29日开始把非股票类资产从资金账户转移至现货账户。未来的“股票账户”将支持股票、期权以及包括BNB在内的六种结算资产。

用户既可以通过新增的按钮手动转移资产，也可以等待自2027年1月起自动进行的批量转账。币安在9月23日的公告中表示，迁移工作将从9月29日持续至2027年1月，具体阶段日期将随后公布。交易所将在迁移期结束后对资金账户进行更名，并将其专门用于股票及股票期权的结算。

尽管价格下跌与公告在同日发布，但现有数据并未表明账户变更直接导致BNB价格走低。据CoinGecko数据显示，BNB的24小时交易量约为13.4亿美元。尽管当日出现跌幅，但该代币在过去一周内仍保持了7.4%的涨幅。

BNB继续作为股票结算资产的角色

根据币安的公告，自9月29日起，资金账户将不再接受链上加密货币存款。客户将转而使用现货账户进行常规的加密货币存取，而即将更名的账户则在过渡期内继续服务于符合条件的股票和期权交易者。

BNB是未来“股票账户”中支持的六种股票及期权结算资产之一。其他四种资产为美元（USD）、USDC、USDT、USD1和U。BNB的入选意味着，尽管其他加密资产余额正转移至现货账户，BNB仍然是该交易所相关产品融资选择的一部分。

对于希望提前转移资金的客户，币安计划在资金账户中添加“一键迁移”按钮。此功能需要用户更新其iOS或Android应用程序至最新版本。币安表示，未采取任何行动的客户，其剩余的合格资产将于2027年1月起以批次形式自动转移至现货账户。

币安强调，这些转账不会改变用户的总资产余额，并将在原资金账户标签下保留历史交易记录。截至目前，公司尚未给出2027年1月正式更名的确切日期。

股票交易解释了专用账户的存在

Binance's securities services provide eligible users outside the United States with trading rights on more than 7,00 U.S. listed stocks and ETFs, including fragmented purchases starting at $5. In June this year, relevant reports disclosed the cooperation arrangement between Binance and Alpaca: Nest Trading served as the introducing broker, while Alpaca Securities was responsible for execution, clearing, settlement and custody. Binance also disclosed its minority investment in Alpaca.

Since then, options trading has been added to direct equity positions. On September 1, Binance launched physical delivery options for some U.S. listed stocks and ETFs for eligible users. Customers can buy call and put options during the initial issuance period, and the exercised contracts will be settled through shares held by Alpaca Securities. Most products under supported contracts operate according to U.S. market times.

As a result, this connection stems from the underlying securities and brokerage infrastructure, rather than providing new Binance stock trading services to U.S. customers. Binance pointed out that access to its securities products depends on the user's location. This account name change in itself does not change the established qualification rules for these products.

In addition, Binance also offers bStocks, a blockchain-based token that tracks U.S. stock prices. Launched in June this year, bStocks covers names such as Nvidia, Tesla and Circle. Binance said eligible customers can convert supported direct equity positions to bStocks and trade these tokens on its spot market 24 hours a day. Unlike direct shareholding, these tokens do not grant ownership of shares in a listed company.

Under the migration plan, bStocks placed in funds accounts will be transferred to spot accounts, while direct stocks and options will remain in accounts that will become "stock accounts." Newly converted bStocks will also enter the spot account directly.

USDC retains its role after Binance reached a partnership with Circle

USDC ranks among six clearing assets, thanks to Binance's expanded relationship with its issuer Circle. On September 22, Binance disclosed that it had spent US$100 million to acquire a stake in Circle and signed a five-year commercial agreement involving the use of USDC on its platform. The equity acquisition involved approximately 1.24 million shares of Circle issued through private placement.

The settlement list also includes USDT, USD1 and U, which are tied with BNB and US dollar. Binance's previous information on equity services pointed out that USDC is the main stablecoin financing option, while allowing eligible users to use other supporting assets to inject capital. Future "stock accounts" will continue to make these designated assets available for securities trading, while regular crypto activities will be conducted through spot accounts.

Payment, redemption and P2P channels change effective September 29

As the migration begins, several services will begin sending funds to spot accounts. Binance said that starting from September 29, assets received through Pay, Card and gift cards will be credited to spot accounts. Funds can be used as a temporary payment source for Binance Pay, but when the exchange removes this option, timed delivery relying solely on it will stop; affected users will need to choose another source.

对于兑换（Convert）功能，现有的未成交限价订单若锁定资金在资金账户中，可以继续保持开放状态。9月29日后结算或过期的订单将把资产退回现货账户，而新的限价订单将在此锁定并结算资金。币安建议有定期兑换计划的客户将资金账户的选择更新为现货账户。引用资金账户的API用户也被建议更改账户引用。

P2P广告商将继续使用资金账户进行 listings 及相关存款，直到币安在12月推出专用的P2P账户。届时，广告商需要将与其 listings 相关的资产转移；币安表示，2027年1月后仍未迁移的广告将自动关闭。
