The Ripple executive team plans to continue in-depth exchanges at the "XRP Seoul" event at the Grand Hyatt Seoul on October 3, with Monica Long leading the meeting. Other key company figures, including senior vice president Markus Infanger, and RippleX engineering head J.A. Akinyele, senior director of ecological growth Christina Chan and senior ecological growth manager Tatsuya Kohrogi will also attend. The core of this agenda will focus on the latest technology upgrades and institutional adoption strategies for the XRP and XRPL platforms.
XRPL Major Upgrade and Mainnet Deployment Schedule
A number of major improvements are expected to be available on XRP Ledger in early October. "Permission Delegation" and "Batch" functions are expected to introduce institution-level account control mechanisms and automated, trustless transaction packaging services. These upgrades are designed to provide greater network reliability and security for enterprise management users.
According to the plan, the "Rights Delegation" feature is scheduled to be released on October 8, 2026, while the "Batch Processing" and its related fixes are scheduled to be launched on October 9, provided they need to obtain a support rate of more than 80% within the prescribed two-week activation period.
