A "golden cross" signal appears on Cardano's daily chart, and new cooperation is announced simultaneously with node updates.
Cardano (ADA)'s daily chart recorded a "golden cross" pattern, which is the first time in 14 months that the bullish signal appears. The 50-day moving average (MA50) crosses upwards through the 200-day moving average (MA200), a pattern often seen by traders as a signal that prices may enter an upward trend.
Rising Internet activity contributes to the formation of a golden cross
Previously, Cardano had seen a golden cross signal in shorter time periods (such as hourly charts), but its daily chart has not seen such a permutation since August 2025. At that time, Cardano prices briefly rebounded to a peak of $0.92 on August 14, 2025, but in the following months, as selling pressure increased, the price failed to maintain that level.
After the August surge, Cardano's daily chart recorded a "dead fork" in November 2025, accompanied by long-term downward momentum. The latest golden cross marks a possible shift in the technical outlook, although analysts note that continuing market support and positive fundamentals may be needed to confirm a continued bull trend.
Following the dead fork in November 2025 and the price decline in the following months, the Cardano daily chart showed a gold fork again more than a year later.
Deepening partnerships and enterprise-level integration
This week Cardano ushered in a series of developments, especially in enterprise applications and technological progress. Energy giant Petrobras chose Cardano as a public blockchain to enhance sustainability data verification for projects related to its jet fuel and renewable diesel-related projects.
In addition, Cardano has further expanded its influence in the Japanese market by establishing a cooperative relationship with Pacific Meta. The partnership aims to combine Cardano's infrastructure with expertise in the Japanese market and promote deeper enterprise-level integration in the region.
Noun explanation: Pacific Meta is a Japanese company that focuses on Web3 business integration and digital asset strategies, assisting global blockchain projects to enter the Japanese market.
Increased transaction activity and node version updates
On October 1, Cardano experienced its busiest day of the past week, with 43,181 transactions processed on the network. The increase in transaction volume reflects growth in online activity, which is consistent with Cardano's continued pace of advancing corporate initiatives and partnerships.
In terms of technical progress, Cardano released node version 11.1.3, which aims to address specific IPv4 decoding issues introduced in previous updates. This release restores network order decoding behavior and returns to the standard practice before the 11.1 series.
Developers said that the upcoming node version 11.2 is still progressing as planned and is expected to be launched in the next two to three weeks. This release will include most of the Dijkstra upgrade-scope features-including new block formats and integration of Plutus V4 contexts-but will not include Leios enhancements for the time being.
At the same time, a public test network called DijkstraNet is expected to be launched with version 11.2 for ecosystem-wide testing and further integration work. Although the exact release date for node 11.3, a hard fork candidate, which will provide the complete Dijkstra feature set, including Leios, has not yet been determined, the development team is working to ensure seamless network upgrades.
