XRP Cryptocurrency analyst Levi Rietveld: XRP is about to explode
Levi Rietveld, founder of Crypto Crusaders, revealed to the audience that XRP is about to rise sharply. The background for this view is that Ripple-backed XRP Treasury Evernorth is preparing to list on the Nasdaq on October 8 under the ticker symbol XRPN. The company's pre-merger SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) surged 273% last week, briefly touching $53, which Wall Street has paid close attention to.
The structural logic behindEvernorth's business is built around a single asset. The company acquired XRP and used it as its main reserve, and plans to increase its corresponding XRP holdings per share over time. When the company completes the merger (October 7), it is expected to hold approximately 473 million XRPs worth more than $700 million.
The company has raised more than US$1 billion from backers including Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital and Kraken. This is not a passive shareholding tool. Evernorth plans to deploy its XRP holdings through institutional lending, providing liquidity and participating in the XRP Ledger financial infrastructure. Each funding round means buying more XRP from the open market.
Rietveld's core insights
Rietveld places special emphasis on the demand argument. "If Evernorth continues to raise money and buy more XRPs, this will create greater demand for XRPs," he told the audience.
