He pointed out that funding rates turned negative, while spot selling remained strong.

According to Daan's analysis, there are both traders who buy on dips and short positions in the market to promote the downward trend. He said that if prices remain unchanged, it could trigger another round of squeeze.

RSI and MACD show heavy selling pressure

The chart shows that the RSI is currently at 29.91, with its moving average of 47.32. The RSI has fallen below the traditional 30 threshold. In addition, the MACD line is at-15.98, which is lower than-3.87for the signal line. The histogram also shows a negative depth value of-12.10. If $2600 falls, the next support level will be $2500 and $2400. Above,$2700 remains an important barrier, followed by resistance around $2750 to $2770.
