MEXC Matcha Exchange is a very popular cryptocurrency trading platform. Many users choose it as their main trading software and conduct transactions through this software. However, many friends have reported that they have encountered the problem of not receiving their recharge. In fact, there are many different solutions to this problem. Now let Xiaobian list them one by one for you to see if they can solve your problem.

1. Confirm that the recharge channel is open

If the recharge channel is closed or under maintenance, your recharge cannot be received temporarily. Please wait patiently and you can confirm the account status after the recharge channel is reopened.

Regarding the suspension of recharge/withdrawal, you can also read \"What to Do if the suspension of recharge/withdrawal is caused by wallet maintenance\" to learn more.

2. Confirm the status of the block network

If the block network status display is not successful, you need to contact the asset issuer for confirmation.

If the block network status shows that it has been successful, you need to judge whether the number of pre-entry/successful entry confirmation is met.

View method: Assets-Fund records-recharge records-Find the recharge records you want to view-Click the transaction certificate (TxID) and the corresponding hyperlink symbol jumps to the blockchain browser.

View the status of the block network in the blockchain browser.

3. Number of confirmed blocks confirmed

Under normal recharge conditions, each currency needs to reach a certain number of block confirmations before the transfer amount can be credited to your MEXC account. Due to the problem with the block confirmation number, the recharge has not been received. You need to confirm:

If the block confirmation number is not satisfied, please be patient and wait for on-chain confirmation.

If the confirmation number has been met but the assets have not yet arrived, please check whether there is a recharge record in the account.

Note: The minimum block confirmation number requirements vary for each currency. If the confirmation number has not been reached, please wait patiently.

If you want to learn more about block confirmation numbers, you can read \"How to View Block Confirmation Numbers on MEXC\" to understand.

4. Check whether there is a recharge record in the account

Check whether there are relevant recharge records in the account. You can read \"Common Status and Solutions during the recharge process\" to understand the recharge status.

If there is no relevant recharge record in the account, you can click to fill out the recharge application and recovery form.

5. Other common guidelines for resolving non-arrival of recharge

5.1 Recharge MEXC does not support currencies

If the contract address in your recharge currency is inconsistent with the contract address in the currencies supported by MEXC, your recharge will not be received normally.

5.2 Recharge network error

Choosing the wrong network for recharge: When recharging the currency, the wrong recharge network was selected. As shown in the figure below to recharge MX, you obtained the address of the MX-ETH network on the MEXC recharge page, but used the BEP20 network to transfer money to the ETH network address of your MEXC platform on the coin withdrawal platform, which will cause your recharge to not be received normally.

Please submit the recharge application and recovery form as soon as possible, and MEXC will try its best to assist you in handling your recharge problem. Check the recharge network methods supported by tokens: Click \"Transfer Network\" on the coin withdrawal page to check.

5.3 Recharge using an unsupported network

Recharge using an unsupported network: When recharging the currency, you select a network that is not supported by MEXC to recharge. As shown in the figure below to recharge MX, MEXC only supports using ETH, BSC, and MORPH networks to recharge MX. However, if you use a network other than the supported network list to transfer money on the coin withdrawal platform, your recharge will not be received normally.

5.4 The Memo/Tag identification code is not filled in or incorrectly filled in during transfer, resulting in failure to account.

Some currencies need to fill in tags (Memo/Tag/identification code), such as XRP, TON, ATOM, etc. If the recharge has not been received due to incomplete/erroneous filling, please submit the recharge has not been received in the account. The review is expected to be completed within 1-2 working days. After completion, we will immediately notify you of the results via email or in-station letter. Please refer to the self-service application filling guide for filling out the guide.

For more introduction to Memo/Tag, you can read the content \"What is Memo/Tag\".

5.5 Recharge through unsupported smart contract methods, resulting in failure to account.

Some currencies cannot be charged using smart contract methods in MEXC for the time being. In this case, smart contract transfers will not be recorded in the MEXC account and require manual recharge.

Please submit the recharge application and recovery form. The review is expected to be completed within 1-2 working days. After completion, we will notify you of the results immediately via email or in-station letter.

5.6 The recharge token platform has been removed

If you recharge the tokens that have been removed from the MEXC platform and have not been credited, please contact customer service for assistance.

If the recharge has not been received, you can fill out the recharge has not been received and return application form on the MEXC platform. After the application is submitted, MEXC expects to notify you of the review results via email or in-site letter within 1-2 days.
