Core Points
Nvidia shares closed at US$224.34, down 0.62%. The company further consolidates its global business by expanding its infrastructure footprint in Indonesia.
Zankore has raised up to US$3.1 billion in financing to deploy GPU and cloud infrastructure based on Nvidia technology.
Meanwhile, NVDA shares remained below $225.00, with $224.00 and $223.50 constituting nearby support levels.
Nvidia expands infrastructure layout in Indonesia
Zankore plans to deploy 100 MW of Nvidia infrastructure in the early stages of the Indonesian project. Subsequently, the company plans to expand production capacity to 1 GW of AI factory infrastructure. As such, the project represents the planning and deployment of Nvidia-driven computing power in Southeast Asia.
Citibank served as the exclusive debt adviser on Zankore's financing arrangements to support the project's construction. In addition to Citi, ING, Natixis, National Bank of Qatar and Overseas Chinese Bank also participated in the loan. The financing will provide Zankore with funds to purchase GPUs, cloud systems and related infrastructure.
The project includes revenue sharing and credit support arrangements that link infrastructure deployment to customer needs. This is part of Zankore's financing framework. In addition, the arrangement also links infrastructure investment to revenue generated from project operations.
Zankore opens new paths for Nvidia deployments
Much of Nvidia's infrastructure business is built around large technology companies and major cloud providers. However, the Zankore project introduces a different financing model in Asia, allowing Nvidia-driven infrastructure to be implemented. This arrangement allows Zankore to fund the construction of large-scale computing infrastructure.
Zankore's initial 100-megawatt deployment provides a starting point for Indonesia's expansion. In addition, the 1 GW target will significantly increase project production capacity. The financing structure supports initial deployment and planned growth.
The project adds Nvidia hardware to Indonesia's regional cloud and computing infrastructure base. At the same time, the deal demonstrates how projects can use external financing to build expensive systems. The lenders provide the funds, while Zankore is responsible for infrastructure development and arrangements related to customer needs.
NVDA Stock Price Level and Project Background
During the latest trading day, Nvidia failed to hold the resistance zone of $225.50, putting pressure on its share price. If the stock exceeds $225.50, it will stand above the resistance level; lower support levels are at $224.00 and $223.50 respectively. This price trend is consistent with the context of Nvidia's expansion of infrastructure activities.
The Indonesian project adds another infrastructure development to Nvidia's global hardware landscape. At the same time, Zankore's financing arrangements provide significant financial support for the planned Nvidia-driven deployment. The project combines GPU expansion, structured debt financing, and income arrangements.
An initial capacity of 100 MW and a target of 1 GW set a milestone for the Indonesian project. In addition, five lending institutions participated in the financing arrangements for the development. With funding secured for Nvidia-powered GPUs and cloud infrastructure, the project is now officially launched.
