德国加密货币采用率稳步提升，英国因监管滞后逐渐落后

据CoinShares加密研究员卢克·诺兰（Luke Nolan）表示，德国的加密货币采用率正在推进，尤其是在年轻投资者中，而英国由于监管滞后，正逐渐落后。

诺兰周四在Chain Reaction节目中告诉Cointelegraph，通过“家族办公室、财富经理、独立顾问”以及希望将继承财富投资于数字资产的年轻一代，德国的加密货币采用率显示出“非常好的进展”。相比之下，诺兰称英国“仍然远远落后”，并指出该国的金融行为监管局（FCA）仅在不到一年前才解除了对加密交易所交易产品的禁令，使其数字资产市场仍处于“萌芽阶段”。此前，监管机构于2021年1月禁止零售参与者接触此类产品。

截至周三更新的欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）加密资产市场法规（MiCA）登记册显示，德国有89家获得许可的加密资产服务提供商，占该公司总数的25.5%。此外，6月份欧盟最大经济体也是该联盟中拥有最多MiCA授权的国家，共有57家获授权的加密公司。

德国主要银行进军加密领域

这一采用趋势并未被德国最大的银行所忽视。

该国最大的德意志银行（Deutsche Bank）周三透露，它正在等待监管批准，以便在欧洲为机构客户推出加密托管解决方案，预计将在10月获得许可证。2024年4月，德国最大的联邦银行——巴登-符腾堡州州立银行（Landesbank Baden-Württemberg）在与总部位于奥地利的Bitpanda合作后，开始提供加密托管解决方案，用于其机构托管平台。

与此同时，英国FCA周三发布了最终指南，概述了在即将实施的监管框架下，哪些加密活动可能需要授权。该监管机构将于9月30日开放牌照申请，对于希望在2027年10月25日新制度生效前寻求过渡安排的公司在2027年2月28日前完成相关手续。

周四，FCA宣布向三个涉嫌协助非法点对点加密交易的伦敦地点发出停止函。英国议会于2月通过了将数字资产纳入FCA监管范围的法规，并在6月敲定了一揽子规则和指南。
