Genius Foundation 已在 BNB Chain 上正式推出 genius.fun 平台。该平台旨在为加密社区提供一个创建代币、构建由代币化上市公司股票组成的金库，并协调股东活动的综合平台。
模因代币与企业所有权的结合
该平台将互联网原生的代币与代币化的上市公司股票相连接，使去中心化社区能够围绕特定公司组织起来，积累其股权，并推动股东提案、争取董事会席位，甚至发起敌意收购。它定位为传统上由投资银行、私募股权公司和激进基金主导的结构的一种替代方案。
据基金会介绍，社区可以利用累积的头寸来支持股东提案、寻求董事会代表权、开展激进活动，或追求收购目标。然而，此类行动并非仅仅持有社区代币即可实现。基金会指出，符合条件的代币化头寸可以兑换为底层权益，但用户所能获得的权利将取决于每款配对产品的结构及其发行方。
平台运作机制
Creators can pair tokens with $BNB, USDT, USDC, Ondo, bStocks, xStocks or 4Stocks, and also plan to expand into more markets with a product called gPerps. Creators can receive a transaction fee of up to 1.25% as a reward, of which 0.25% will be used for token repurchase. After contemporary coins reach the BNB threshold of 15 $, they can be upgraded to PancakeSwap for trading.
The project is supported by YZi Labs and is advised by Zhao Changpeng (CZ). After the news was announced, the GENIUS token price soared by 32%, briefly touching $0.44 within an hour of the news release.
Despite the promising prospects, not everyone is convinced that this model can translate into actual corporate control. The voting rights linked to tokenized shares vary by issuer, and whether token-based activities can truly enter the shareholder voting process remains to be verified by the market.
