FWOG is not a new project. It was initially launched under the name "Flog the Frog"(FLOG), and was later taken over by the community and re-branded as FWOG. In December 2024, as the Kraken Exchange announced the launch of FWOG and tokens such as GOAT and SPX, the price of the token soared. FWOG hit an all-time high of US$0.73 to US$0.75 at the end of 2024, but its price has still fallen by more than 99% since that high.
Apart from the frog theme, the token lacks unique practicality or viral appeal. Despite this, there are still about 71,000 wallets holding the token, the official project account (@itsafwog) remains active and is posted on fwogshop(.) com provides surrounding products, as well as related NFT linkage activities.
Normally, when the Bitcoin market stagnates, highly volatile memecoins are often the first target of losing funds. Therefore, FWOG's ability to maintain buying support has become the focus of attention of traders currently focusing on the Solana memin field.
