NRR 在 Bitwise 产品线中的定位

NEAR is a proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain built specifically for deploying decentralized applications. It is one of the top 20 non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies, with a current price of approximately US$4.96. According to CoinMarketCap data, its market value exceeds US$6.4 billion.
Bitwise mentioned that the supply of this token has been fully unlocked and the online inflation rate has recently dropped to 2.5%.
Is there any conceptual support for AI agents behind the fund?
NEAR has long been regarded as the leading blockchain infrastructure driving the development of the AI economy. Bitwise pointed out that the network was built by AI researchers working on building AI transaction layers.
Asset management company highlighted the online trading protocol called "NEAR Intention", saying its cumulative transaction volume has exceeded US$32 billion, compared with less than US$1 billion a year ago.
Hunter Horsley, CEO of Bitwise, said: "Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the way we obtain information and how economic activity occurs." He added that the upcoming "intelligent economy"-in which software agents conduct transactions on behalf of humans-could open up a huge new frontier for global economies.
NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin calls the network "the future vertically integrated stack of AI + blockchain." NEAR Protocol confirmed the launch on platform X, informing followers that the fund provides institutional investors with "convenient access" to the Internet.
Bitwise's forecast for 2030
In a recent report, Bitwise listed three price paths for NEAR as of the end of 2030. The report points out that in a pessimistic scenario, the token price is about $1.63; in a benchmark scenario, it is $155.8; and in an optimistic scenario, it is as high as $562.8.
Compared to the current price, this means that the token is expected to rise by more than 31 times in the benchmark scenario; in an optimistic scenario, it will rise by more than 110 times.
The company emphasized that a price of $155 is not the most likely estimate and that the entire model is based on significant assumptions. The assumption is that by 2030, there will be an estimated 16.4 billion AI agents in operation globally, of which about 2% will be running on the NEAR network, with each agent performing an average of 1,000 tasks per year, with a fee of approximately $5 per transaction.
