Traditional passwords and mnemonic words are easily copied, shared, phishing, or forgotten. ChainIT ID eliminates the need to memorize account passwords or mnemonic words and combines biometric biopsy, device verification and cryptographic identification. One-time verification challenges remain part of the applicable security workflow.
In the organizational wallet process, members first complete biometric biometric testing and wallet authentication, and then use their wallet identity to sign approval instructions for specific operations. The real-person verification process takes place outside the signature enclosure (secure quarantine area). The master Enclave-that is, an isolated environment that verifies authorizations before signing-then confirms that approval for the wallet signature came from a registered member of the organization and exactly matched the requested action.
Permission verification before each transaction
Before any transaction is signed by the organizational wallet, the master Enclave runs a series of checks. It confirms that wallet approvals are valid, that people are still active members of the organization, and that approvals are fully consistent with the specific actions and transactions requested. Each approval has a short validity period and is limited to a single use. Logging in or passing approval for a transaction does not mean you have the right to execute a different transaction.
ChainIT's organizational governance model connects official registration, assigned roles and permissions, and Attest wallet policies. Invitations, member additions, and member removals all require independent verification authorizations. The goal is not only to connect who can trade, but also who can change permissions to manage future transactions.
Distributed signature without reorganizing the private key
Organizational wallets use dual-share multi-party computing (MPC) signature technology. Its signature key consists of two separate cryptographic shares, each protected in an isolated AWS Nitro Enclave. Two Enclaves must participate together to generate a standard Ethereum-compatible signature without having to reconstruct the complete private key. The persisted MPC key material is in an encrypted state.
Members 'personal authorization keys are separated from these organizational signature shares. Members approve the specific operation; the master Enclave verifies authorization before initiating the joint signing process. Organization shares are retained within Enclave infrastructure rather than stored on member devices. No MPC node on either side can independently generate organizational signatures.
Solutions for Web3 Enterprises
As long as applications that support ChainIT, you can use ChainIT ID without having to set a new password for each participating service. Each integration retains its applicable verification, authorization, and product requirements. ChainIT invites wallet providers, exchanges, marketplaces, payment platforms and corporate Web3 teams to explore integration solutions to achieve verified access and controlled organizational transactions.
Dr. Eric Tacl, Executive Vice President and Director of Verification Payments and Commerce, ChainIT, said: "Web3 companies need more than just a new way to sign transactions. They require connections to verified individuals, organizations, appropriate authority levels, and specific actions. Password-less access simplifies the user experience, while verifying rights for each specific transaction gives the company control over subsequent actions."
This production-grade wallet adds a manual authorization execution component to ChainIT's broader "full-link commerce" architecture, which establishes rights and transaction-specific compliance before execution and retains transaction evidence. This release covers transactions approved by humans. Full integration with partner systems and transactions performed by AI agents within set limits are being developed and tested separately.
Usability
The organizational MPC wallet will be officially put into production on October 6, 2026 and will be included in the new ChainIT organization digital identity file for free. Existing organizational wallets are being migrated from the previous model. Supported features and integrations vary depending on deployment.
About ChainIT®
ChainIT is a native Web3 infrastructure that provides verified identity, provable permissions, compliance and full-link commerce. Its Web3 architecture is supported by 15 authorized patents. ChainIT connects password-less identities, organizational governance, digital protocols, payments and verifiable evidence of transactions to bring authority and accountability to business activities involving people, organizations and AI agents.
ChainIT technology has supported vault operations at major U.S. banks, connecting their Web3 infrastructure with traditional financial infrastructure. Through ChainIT ID, Organization MPC Wallet, Pactvera, and ChainIT Pay, the platform connects "who's moving","what they are authorized to do", and "transactions they approve" in ChainIT-supported environments.
