据区块链分析平台Arkham Intelligence数据显示，周三，一个被标记为属于美国政府的钱包地址转移了12,267枚比特币，价值约为10.1亿美元。

这笔资金的来源可追溯至2016年的Bitfinex黑客攻击事件，当时有119,754枚比特币从交易所被盗。随后，美国当局通过获取与被盗资金相关的私钥，成功追回了超过94,000枚比特币。

官方未明确说明，但政府持有量巨大

此次链上转账本身并不表明比特币已被出售，且截至发稿时，美国财政部或司法部均未对此笔转账进行公开解释。通常情况下，政府钱包出于托管、行政或法律原因移动数字资产，并不一定涉及出售行为。

目前，Arkham Intelligence数据显示，约有306,795枚比特币（价值约253亿美元）归属于美国政府控制的地址。

此次转账发生在另一起政府关联资金流动两天后。10月6日，链上追踪平台Lookonchain报道，一个与美国政府相关的钱包向Coinbase Prime转移了834枚比特币，价值约7,160万美元。

战略比特币储备细节仍待披露

2025年3月6日，特朗普签署了一项行政命令，设立“战略比特币储备”，初始资金来源于刑事或民事诉讼中被没收的比特币。该命令规定，存入储备的比特币“不得出售，并应作为美国的储备资产保留”。同时，命令要求财政部和商务部制定预算中性的策略以收购更多BTC。

然而，关于该储备运作的关键细节仍未公开。截至10月2日，引用自America.gov的美国政府记录并未提供官方的储备余额、托管安排，也未确认财政部已完全落实该储备计划。政府网站仅指出，行政命令称美国“持有大量BTC”，但未具体说明数量。

此外，众议院金融服务委员会于9月以28比21的投票结果推进了《2026年美国储备现代化法案》，但该法案尚未成为法律。
