无需暴露主密钥的委托权限机制
根据XRPScan数据验证器在账本107,524,865中确认了此次升级，使得受限的交易权限得以启用，且无需暴露主钱包密钥。该修正案允许账户所有者授权第三方执行特定的交易操作，而无需放弃对资产的控制权。每个委托方可获得多达10项特定权限，包括处理支付和批准信任线。
值得注意的是，委托账户使用独立的加密密钥，这使得机构能够将主要凭证保存在安全的离线存储中。这种安排将日常金融操作与敏感账户管理分离开来，降低了共享钱包访问带来的风险。账户所有者保留随时撤销权限的权力，以防止在运营职责变更时出现未经授权的访问。此外，协议禁止委托方修改主密钥，从而保留了针对机构账户的关键安全控制措施。

Institutional security framework supports stablecoins and tokenized assets
Banks, hedge funds and custodians typically require separate authorization procedures for fund management, compliance supervision and transaction processing. PermissionDelegationV1_1 introduces account control capabilities to meet these organizational needs without granting employees unlimited wallet access.
This feature also creates additional infrastructure for institutions that manage Ripple USD (RLUSD) and tokenized real-world assets through XRPL. Therefore, financial institutions can strengthen supervision of digital asset operations while allocating transaction responsibilities.
At the same time, XRP remains crucial in paying for online transaction fees, increasing the link between blockchain usage and the underlying utility of the cryptocurrency. Although institutional adoption may increase trading volume, this amendment does not guarantee additional demand or immediate price increases. Retail XRP holders can maintain existing wallet operations without having to change their security settings or transaction processes.
This upgrade strengthens XRPL's institutional security infrastructure with limited account rights and independent transaction authorizations. Its broader impact will depend on adoption by financial institutions and custody service providers.
