ONDO Ondo Private Markets 正式上线
Ondo Finance 已正式推出 Ondo Private Markets 平台，这标志着其在现实世界资产（RWA）代币化领域迈出了重要一步。2026年10月6日，Ondo Finance 发布了 Ondo Private Markets，通过代币化票据为投资者提供对领先私营企业的链上敞口。

票据运作机制与未来展望
Understanding what these tokens actually mean is crucial. Related tokens do not represent equity or shares in the underlying company, but rather provide holders with exposure linked to economic returns that are linked to the performance of the company's common stock in qualifying liquidity events such as an IPO or being acquired. The product is distributed by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) based in The British Virgin Islands (BVI), not the private company itself.
Ondo Private Markets plans to further expand to private companies in the fields of robotics, cybersecurity, biotechnology, infrastructure and other fields. The roadmap demonstrates the product's ambitions and its potential to reshape the way investors access pre-IPO opportunities.
This release is based on a solid foundation. The company said that the total locked value of its tokenized stock and treasury bonds platforms has reached US$3.7 billion, with cumulative holders of more than one million. As Ian De Bode, acting CEO and president of Ondo Finance, points out: "In the United States, the investment options available to retail investors are mainly concentrated in publicly traded companies, however, companies with revenue exceeding $100 million remain largely private."
The new private equity market product aims to close this gap directly, at least for qualified non-U.S. participants, and is expected to consolidate Ondo's leadership in the broader RWA space.
