Cardano Price News: ADA rallies strongly, analysts say bigger market is still ahead
Today, Cardano (ADA) became one of the strongest performing mainstream cryptocurrencies. As of press time, ADA prices climbed about 7%, trading close to $0.22. Earlier in the market trading session, some market tracking data showed an even larger 24-hour gain, and ADA outperformed many large-cap cryptocurrencies as buyers returned to the market.
The background of this rebound is that market attention shifts to Cardano's upcoming RealFi main network on October 1. Technical analyst CryptoPatel believes that ADA may still have considerable room for recovery from long-term accumulation areas.
Patel pointed out that the ADA price is already more than 80% higher than his previously determined accumulation zone, but he still maintains his long-term goal of $1,$3, and eventually $10. These goals are extremely ambitious, especially the $10 target, but Patel's chart provides an interesting perspective on why he believes the latest rally may be the beginning of a larger recovery.
ADA prices jump to US$0.22
Cardano's latest move follows months of difficult price swings, with ADA briefly falling to levels seen at previous market lows. Things changed this week, as the ADA regained the $0.20 mark and accelerated its move towards $0.22. A market snapshot on Thursday showed that after a 24-hour gain of 12.54 percent, the ADA price was around $0.2214, with trading volume of around $602.8 million. Other snapshots captured increases of close to 7%-8% depending on the measurement cycle.
The broader recovery of cryptocurrencies has undoubtedly played a driving role. Bitcoin's rebound above $80,000 and the easing of concerns about another Fed rate hike have improved risk appetite across the crypto market. Despite this, Cardano remained one of the strongest performers during the rebound.
In addition, there are some Cardano-specific developments that traders pay close attention to. The most eye-catching one is RealFi.
RealFi's main network launch becomes the main catalyst for Cardano
RealFi has confirmed that its platform will be launched on Cardano's main network on October 1, 2026, after completing the public test network phase. Supported by Input Output Global, the project aims to connect decentralized finance with real-world financial activities.
One of its core components is USDr, a stablecoin designed around real-world assets and productive capital. The ecosystem also includes sUSDr, which is designed to bring additional liquidity and revenue opportunities to Cardano. This is critical because one of Cardano's long-term challenges is how to transform its vast community and technology development into substantive DeFi activities.
The successful launch of RealFi will help solve this problem. More stable stablecoin liquidity could provide additional funding for lending, trading and other decentralized financial applications. If this translates into higher utilization, it will also increase Cardano's total locked value (TVL) and overall chain activity. As a result, the October 1 launch provides traders with a specific future event around which market expectations can be built.
However, expectations before listing and actual adoption after listing are two different things. The more important test will come after October 1, when investors can start measuring how much liquidity and activity RealFi has actually attracted.

Patel previously identified around US$0.18 -0.25 as a multi-year accumulation area. In his latest update, he said the ADA has risen more than 80% from the lower part of the region and maintained its long-term roadmap: $1 → $3 → $10.
Patel believes that "a bigger market may be ahead." His weekly chart showed the ADA rebounded from a broad support area of approximately $0.11 to $0.16. This area is noteworthy because Cardano has traded in this area near the main long-term bottom.
The current ADA price is around $0.22, meaning that the token is far from the bottom of the region, but still well below the level reached during the last major bull market.
What Cardano charts reveal
Patel's charts depict several important levels between current prices and their long-term goals. The first technical area is around $0.235, roughly corresponding to the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level shown on the chart. Above it, the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement level appears around $0.433.
Then there is a larger area of resistance, between $1 and $1.20. This is arguably the biggest obstacle in Patel's bullish scenario. ADA has traded near this area in previous market cycles, and charts identify it as the main resistance area. Cardano needs to rise hundreds of percentage points from current prices to reach the area.
Only by overcoming this obstacle will Patel's more aggressive targets become technically relevant. The chart sets another major target at around $2.90-$3.10, close to the ADA peak area of the previous cycle. Patel's forecast shows an increase of approximately 2,149% from accumulation area to area.
Next comes the most speculative part of the analysis. His long-term forecast extends to $10, representing thousands of percent of upside potential from the accumulation area at the bottom of the chart.
Is it realistic for ADA to reach $1,$3 and $10?
These three goals should not be treated equally. At the $0.22 level, reaching $1 requires an ADA increase of about 355%. This is huge, but it will still put Cardano well below its all-time high.
Moving towards $3 requires approximately 1,260% upside, essentially bringing the ADA back to its former high territory. The $10 goal falls into a completely different category. Starting from $0.22, the ADA needs to appreciate by approximately 4,445%, or approximately 45 times its current price.
This result will also mean a significant increase in Cardano's valuation. It requires not only a strong crypto bull market, but also significant growth in demand for stablecoins, DeFi, institutional use, applications and overall Cardano networks. As a result,$10 should be seen as Patel's aggressive long-term scenario rather than a near-term price target.
RealFi is not the only factor in today's ADA rebound.
It is also simplistic to attribute the entire rise to RealFi. ADA is benefiting from a broader recovery in the crypto market, and macro conditions are improving. At the same time, the development of several ecosystems in Cardano has attracted attention. Recent reports also pointed out that ChatterPay integration allows ADA and USDCx transfers through WhatsApp contacts, and Cardano's latest Constitutional Council governance process has been completed.
Technical factors are also helping. The ADA daily chart recently showed a TD Sequential buy signal. Three previous comparable signals subsequently triggered rebounds of approximately 44.5%, 11.5%, and 50.9%, respectively, although past results do not mean that the latest signal will produce the same results.
To sum up, Cardano currently combines broader market support, improved technical conditions and upcoming ecosystem catalysts.
