Backpack首席执行官Armani Ferrante公布了一项计划，旨在通过单一API接口，实现传统证券账户与去中心化金融（DeFi）之间的股份流转，从而将Solana网络上的代币化股票标的从目前的约200个大幅扩展至10,000个。
全面接入股市的目标
Ferrante表示，10,00个股票代码是Backpack的下一个目标，但并未公布具体的推出时间表。目前，Backpack已允许符合条件的用户将某些经纪商持有的资产转换为Solana上的代币，并支持反向转换。
根据Solana于9月26日分享的一篇帖子，Ferrante希望建立一个连接传统证券账户与DeFi应用的系统，使整个股票市场都能在Solana上获得访问权限。“不是10只股票，也不是100只股票。我们要把整个股票市场带到Solana上，”Ferrante在视频中说道，“通过一个API，无论对‘真实股份’作何定义，它都能在你的经纪商账户和DeFi之间来回移动。”

Backpack如何将股票引入Solana
Backpack于今年6月推出了其证券平台，声称客户可以通过经纪服务持有美国股票和交易所交易基金（ETF），并将符合条件的持仓转换为代币化证券。据公司介绍，通过Backpack Exchange存入支持的代币，可将其转换回传统的证券权益。

A June report on SPCX covered Backpack Securities 'first tokenized SpaceX product launched on Solana in partnership with Sunrise. Backpack said eligible holders can convert tokens into corresponding shares through its brokerage channels, while Sunrise provides the infrastructure for token issuance and distribution.
Subsequently, Backpack added tokenized versions of other U.S. listed companies. In July, media reported on its continuous equity trading feature for users outside the United States, including products linked to SpaceX, Micron and SanDisk. The company said users can redeem supported Solana tokens on a one-to-one basis through its platform in exchange for corresponding shares.
Backpack also described the conversion process in its September 23 announcement about CoreWeave. According to the company, customers can withdraw CoreWeave positions from Backpack Exchange as CRWV tokens on Solana, and then deposit the token to convert them back into broker positions. Backpack points to decentralized exchanges, wallets and other Solana applications where users can access the token.
Property rights described by Backpack
Even though Backpack states that the two can be converted one-to-one, it still distinguishes between broker positions and their form of tokenization. In its Micron product description, the company stated that broker holders receive cash dividends and corporate behavioral processing through traditional securities infrastructure.

美国代币化股票监管现状
9月17日，SEC授予某些场所在许可的自动化做市商和流动性池中交易代币化全国市场系统股票的有条件豁免。这项五年期的框架限制了合格场所可处理的标的数量和交易量。
根据SEC发布的条件，场所必须验证代币化股票是否赋予持有人与传统等价股份相同的权利和特权。当无关联的第三方对公司股票进行代币化时，场所必须通知发行人并给予其提出异议的机会。
SEC还要求使用公开、可审计的智能合约，并在基础股票在主要交易所停牌时暂停代币交易。该机构的公告并未将Backpack列为参与场所，也未说明其当前产品是否在豁免下运营。
Backpack的美国计划还涉及单独的 corporate 步骤。9月，该公司的美国分支机构任命Kyle Samani为董事会成员。Backpack表示，这位前Multicoin Capital高管将支持其在受监管的美国金融服务和链上市场方面的工作；此次任命并未包含扩大其美国股票或代币化资产服务的时间表。
