MemeToro token sale enters Phase 7, with $MT priced at $0.00430
MemeToro is advancing Phase 7 of its token sale, with $MT priced at $0.00430. Unlike the open market, pre-sales use predetermined stages and determine prices and financing targets before exchange transactions begin. MemeToro also plans to use fixed-rate rounds of tokens proposed by its AI memecoin launchpad.
MemeToro Pre-sale Phase 7 Prices and Targets
During Phase 7, participants will receive a fixed $MT price of $0.00430 until the financing cap is reached at that stage or the project is advanced in accordance with announced pre-sale terms. Buyers who enter at the same stage will enjoy the same rate in addition to network fees.
MemeToro's total reported financing has exceeded US$122,000. The project also shows its target listing price of $0.05186. The performance of public trading will depend on liquidity, demand, development completion, listing and the number of holders who decide to sell.
The open sales allocation contains 857,936,900 $MT, accounting for approximately 71% of the total supply. These pre-sale tokens have no lock-up period and are designed to be available when they go public, which provides access opportunities but may also bring selling pressure.
Can a $2,000 investment of $2,000 add value to more than $20,000?
At $0.00430 per $MT, a $2,000 purchase at Stage 7 will provide approximately 465,116 tokens (excluding payment costs). If the token is traded at the target listing price of $0.05186 displayed by MemeToro, the value of the position will be approximately US$24,121, an increase of approximately 12.06 times.
A more radical scenario is a fully diluted valuation of US$1 billion with an implied price of approximately $0.8333. Under these conditions, the theoretical value of 465,116 $MT could reach US$387,597, or nearly 194 times the initial purchase.
How fixed-rate financing actually works
Fixed-rate financing means that the token price per contributor remains the same during a launch round. It avoids private discounts or changing binding curve prices in that particular round.
MemeToro's broader launch platform model will apply this structure to memecoins proposed by AI. Each public launch list is designed to show the following:
- Fixed contribution prices.
- Minimum and maximum financing goals.
- Opening and closing times.
- Wallet contribution limit.
- Contributors and liquidity allocation.

Its draft version of the FairLaunchEscrow.sol contract locks these settings when creating rounds. The design has no owner, administrator, or upgrade path, and terms cannot be changed privately at a later stage.
Funds can only be returned to contributors or transferred to planned launch executors for liquidity purposes. Currently, the executor has not yet completed it. Users should access pre-sales through the official MemeToro website and confirm the domain name before connecting to the wallet. Private message links and copied websites should be avoided.
Pre-sale prices do not include all possible wallet, network or card processing fees. Users should also read the collection instructions and confirm when the official token contract is available. Using a separate wallet that only holds the purchase amount can reduce risk exposure if website approvals are not secure.
What did Phase 7 prove and what did not prove
Progress in Phase 7 shows that pre-sales have attracted contributions. But this does not prove that $MT will meet its stated listing goals or gain added value after listing.
MemeToro has released 1,373 lines of new fair emission codes in 17 files. Its AI pipeline and deterministic validator can also be publicly inspected. However, token executors, automated PancakeSwap liquidity processes, manifest integration, BNB Chain testnet deployment, and independent review of new custody contracts remain incomplete.
These milestones are more important than mere stage numbers. Fixed rate financing can make access within rounds more equal, but it cannot eliminate technology, liquidity or market risks.
