Dogecoin attempts to rebound after pressure

Dogecoin is trying to regain momentum after a period of pressure. Analyst Ali Martinez believes that DOGE prices have made an important technical move and pointed to a bullish flag breakthrough confirmed in a relatively short period of time.

The dogcoin chart shared by Ali on platform X shows that the price is expected to move towards US$0.12, but DOGE still needs to break through several key resistance levels before this target level takes effect.

Analysts are optimistic about dogcoin's bullish pattern

We looked at DOGE's chart and the market is still recovering from a significant decline. Dogecoin prices fell from around $0.1175 to $0.0893, bringing its price closer to the lower edge of the visible range. Buyers are currently struggling to hold the $0.0893 area and trying to convert it into a basis for a rally.

Ali Charts recently pointed out that DOGE has made a bullish flag breakthrough. This pattern is formed after a consolidation period and based on its analysis, the price is expected to move towards $0.12. The chart shows that DOGE prices are approximately US$0.0893, and the first resistance level to focus on is US$0.0929. A break through that level would open the way to $0.1007, followed by $0.1114 and $0.1175.

The $0.1175 area is critical because it marks the upper resistance level on the chart. If the buyer successfully removes this obstacle, Ali's target price of $0.12 will be within reach. Bulls also need to defend a clear key support level. The first support level is around $0.0873, followed by $0.0835 and $0.0799. If these levels are lost, the rebound will weaken.

Demand for Dogecoin ETF remains weak

Compared with the technical side, the ETF data is even more bleak. BSC News reported that the spot dogcoin ETF recorded a net outflow of approximately US$763,000 on September 2. These divestments offset most of the inflows from previous trading hours, making DOGE ETF demand weak early this month.

The Spot @Dogecoin ETF recorded a net outflow of up to-US$763,000 on September 2.
These outflows have all but eliminated the ETF's recent momentum and marked a disappointing start to the month.
So far, demand for spot dogcoin ETFs has been limited...

These products currently only hold approximately 0.09% of DOGE's current supply. This is a small share, indicating that institutional participation through spot ETFs remains limited. For DOGE prices, this means that the current trend is driven more by market transactions and technical factors than strong ETF buying.

Can DOGE reach US$0.12?

Although a path to $0.12 exists, DOGE first needs to break through several resistance levels. A breakthrough of US$0.0929 would bring first confirmation to bulls. After that, DOGE prices need to exceed $0.1007,$0.1114 and $0.1175 to reach the $0.12 region pointed out by Ali.

Weak ETF fund flows remain a concern. With a net outflow of $763,000 and ETF products holding only 0.09% of DOGE supply, institutional demand is not currently providing much support. At this stage, the most important upward level is US$0.0929, and the downward level is US$0.0873.

FAQs

Whether dogcoin ETFs can help push up DOGE prices

Not currently. The spot dogcoin ETF recorded a net outflow of approximately US$763,000 on September 2, and ETF products currently only hold 0.09% of DOGE's circulating supply.

Why ETF outflows are important to Dogecoin

ETF inflows can create additional demand for assets. When money leaves these products, it can mean weakening institutional interest and reducing potential sources of buying pressure.
