LA Binance will suspend top-ups and withdrawals during the wallet upgrade in September, but trading services will continue to operate

- During the wallet upgrade period, Binance will suspend the recharge and withdrawal services of cryptocurrency, while the cryptocurrency trading functions on the platform will remain normal.

Wallet Upgrade and Maintenance Arrangements
Binance announced that it will complete the upgrade of its wallet infrastructure on September 22. During this period, all cryptocurrency recharge and withdrawal businesses will be temporarily suspended. According to an official announcement, maintenance work will begin at 06:00 UTC time and is expected to take an hour. It is worth noting that during the maintenance period, users can still conduct normal cryptocurrency transactions on the Binanping Platform.
Users can manage their open positions during maintenance. Once Binance confirms that the upgraded system is running reliably and securely, the transfer function will be restored. However, since Binance will not issue a separate announcement on service resumption, users planning to make emergency transfers need to pay close attention to the status of their accounts, because this restriction only affects the inflow and outflow of funds, and does not affect internal asset management and trading operations.
September platform adjustments: removal of specific trading pairs
除了钱包升级外，币安还将结合更广泛的九月平台变更计划，执行一系列交易对下架操作。基于流动性、交易量及市场质量的定期评估，币安将于9月18日UTC时间03:00下架四个现货交易对，分别为：BREV/USDC、COOKIE/USDC、LA/USDC 和 QNT/USDC。
需要注意的是，下架这些交易对并不意味着相关底层资产被删除，用户仍可通过币安现货平台上其他支持的市对进行交易。此外，另有几个杠杆交易对也将按计划于9月18日UTC时间06:00从平台移除。
涉及全仓杠杆模式的下架交易对包括：ENJ/USDC、GENIUS/USDC、CVX/USDC、GUN/USDC 和 VANA/USDC。其中，GENIUS/USDC 也将同时退出隔离杠杆交易模式。持有受影响杠杆头寸的用户应仔细核对截止日期，并在币安完成预定市场移除前结清贷款，以避免潜在风险。
Pax Dollar (USDP) 市场将于9月24日关闭
此外，经过另一次审查后，币安将于9月24日UTC时间03:00终止所有Pax Dollar（USDP）现货市场。尽管这些调整与钱包维护相互独立，但其时间安排为用户带来了多个重要的操作节点。
因此，用户需明确区分以下三个关键时间点：9月18日和9月24日的交易对下架，以及9月22日的转账暂停。钱包中断预计仅限一小时，但币安将在完成稳定性检查后才会正式恢复服务。在升级期间，用户可继续交易，但在基础设施满足运营要求之前，充值和提现功能将不可用。
