Crypto.com 获准在美国推出个股期货，监管绿灯已亮

Crypto.com 距离在美国推出个股期货又近了一步。此前，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）确认收到了北美衍生品交易所（Nadex）提交的 Form 1-N 文件。Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek 透露，公司现已“获得授权”，可以通过 OG.com 将个股期货引入市场。OG.com 是 Crypto.com 于 2 月推出的独立预测市场平台，受商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）监管。

美国个股期货：定义与机制

Marszalek 在 X 平台上发帖表示，团队正与美国证券交易委员会和商品期货交易委员会合作，推进该产品的发行。个股期货是与单只股票未来价格挂钩的合约。通过这种期货合约，交易者可以对股票头寸进行操作，而无需直接购买基础股票。

SEC 文件显示，该备案日期为 9 月 16 日，依据的是《1934 年证券交易法》第 6(g) 条。

行业竞争加剧：多家平台角逐美国市场

Crypto.com 并非唯一一家试图将个股永续合约引入美国的平台。据《华尔街日报》报道，Kalshi 也在寻求相关产品的监管批准。据报道，这家预测市场运营商计划提供约 60 种与主要股票和 ETF 挂钩的永续合约，其中包括特斯拉、苹果和英伟达。这些拟议的股票合约将针对市值至少为 1000 亿美元的公司。

此外，Coinbase 也向 SEC 提交了通知注册，以在国内提供个股永续合约。本月早些时候，该公司表示正在与两家监管机构合作，将这些产品带入美国市场。

这一发展反映了相对较新的平台正努力拓展长期由传统金融机构主导的领域。

预测市场的扩张与战略合作

最新进展发生在 Robinhood 宣布与 Crypto.com 及 OG.com 扩大合作仅几天后，随着预测市场在其平台上持续增长。三家公司表示，Robinhood 将从 9 月 8 日起开始将部分足球赛事合约路由至 OG.com。

作为交易的一部分，当 OG.com 成为独立的交易平台后，Robinhood Markets 将获得这两家公司的股权。这些股权的价格将与 Citadel Securities 近期对 Crypto.com 集团以 200 亿美元估值进行的投资保持一致。
