If Kaspa falls into that area and forms a constructive correction, its dotted line forecast suggests that prices may rise again and eventually return to around $0.045-$0.046.
Such a trend will provide evidence that the recent 80% rebound is not a temporary rebound.
KAS may still face a deeper correction
The key is that V's original expectations have not disappeared. His main path suggests that Kaspa will fall sharply from the current resistance zone and then establish a more convincing bottom. The analyst marked $0.0153-$0.0213 as a "high-risk buying area" and said his main long-term expectation was for KAS to fall below $0.0213.
Recent price movements have given him some uncertainty as to whether the low area will actually be touched. Despite this, the downside risks shown in the chart are still huge. A decline from approximately $0.042 to $0.0213 means a decline of approximately 49%; if $0.0153 is hit, a decline of approximately 64%.
The chart marks the broader $0.015-$0.038 area as the "most likely inversion area," with the dark red area representing the higher-risk portion of the range. V also sets a broader effective stop loss level around $0.01.
