Dogecoin needs to stand above US$0.095 to confirm a breakthrough, with a potential target at US$0.106.
Dogecoin (DOGE) has regained its 200-day exponential moving average (EMA), which previously led to a prolonged decline in prices and is now serving as a support level. At the same time, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) was 46.18, and the MACD indicator was slightly negative, indicating that the token's momentum was weak during the consolidation period.
Analyst Ali pointed out that US$0.095 is the key breakthrough point.
Analyst Ali Charts pointed out that the price of Dogecoin is compressed in a downward triangle pattern and is gradually approaching the peak of this pattern. Analyst Ali Charts pays close attention to the price of US$0.095. If prices close above this level on the four-hour chart, it could trigger a rally with a target at $0.106.
Previously, DOGE fell back from a high near US$0.105 in late September. According to the analyst, if the four-hour K-line can close above US$0.095, a bullish breakthrough can be confirmed. This trend will open room for prices to move towards the upward target of $0.106.
However, in the four-hour chart provided, DOGE is currently still below the US$0.095 pivot level. The recent trading price of the token was approximately US$0.09315. The latest K-line rose 0.54%, and the transaction volume reached 32.22 million DOGE units.
Dogecoin stays above the 200-day exponential moving average
Trade Tardigrade highlighted the position of Dogecoin above its 200-day exponential moving average. The analyst said that the indicator had suppressed DOGE before the previous break and decline and the downward trend of nearly a year. This year, after being repeatedly rejected, it eventually turned into a breakthrough, and DOGE is now firmly above that moving average. Trade Tardigrade identified this indicator as the current support level.
DOGE climbed from approximately US$0.079 - 0.080 between September 16 and September 23. The rally peaked at around US$0.104 - 0.105, before selling pushed prices down.
The momentum is weakening, and the dogcoin faces resistance test
Since September 25, DOGE has mainly traded between US$0.092 and US$0.098. Immediate resistance is in the US$0.098-US$0.100 range, while US$0.092-US$0.090 constitutes the main support area. If it can break through US$0.100, the previous high of US$0.105 will return to the field of attention.
However, a loss of US$0.090 could expose support near US$0.085. Kinetic indicators remained flat, with the Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 46.18, below the neutral level of 50 points. The average RSI was 46.68, and the MACD indicator was still slightly negative, recording-0.0009.
