Technology Outlook: Can the US$0.30 target be achieved?
After breaking through the resistance zone of $0.24, the ADA daily price rose to about $0.257. The rally was accompanied by increased volume, with ADA trading above its 20, 50, 100 and 200-day index moving averages (EMA). These EMA are currently at US$0.2218, US$0.2083, US$0.2051 and US$0.2393 respectively.
Cardano's breakthrough to the 200th EMA was particularly remarkable given previous months of poor performance below this level. If prices can remain above US$0.239 to US$0.24, a trend reversal will be confirmed and bullish momentum will be maintained.
Judging from recent trends, the Fibonacci expansion shows resistance at US$0.2594, and the further target is around US$0.3021. If momentum remains strong and the ADA clears the middle resistance level of US$0.27 to US$0.29, the US$0.30 target may be achieved.
