One of the most significant changes on the chart was the effective break through the $3.10 to $3.50 resistance band. Throughout 2025 and early 2026, this region has repeatedly turned out attempts to advance. As prices settle above this critical area, market participants are watching closely to see whether this once-ceiling can be transformed into a support platform in a potential pullback.
From the immediate price level, the US$4.50 to US$4.80 range has become a new focus, which is consistent with the recent accelerated period of rise. At the higher level, there is a broader resistance zone between $7.80 and $9, with $6 being the next major psychological barrier. A number of recent technical analyses pointed out that $5.75 to $6.00 will be the next target area after the breakthrough.
Analyst Michaël van de Poppe described NEAR's price structure as one of the most attractive patterns seen in recent times. He believes that the current trend may represent the beginning of a larger uptrend and expects further gains in the future.

ETF approval intensifies buying pressure
