A press release issued by the SEC on September 17, 2026 describes temporary exemption relief measures for any tokenized securities venue (TSVs). Not yet. In its investor relations announcement, ICE said that allowing its 120 million accounts to access tokenized shares on the New York Stock Exchange still needs to be approved by regulators. ICE's cooperation with OKX began in March this year, when ICE's investment valued the business at $25 billion.
