这家专注于XRP的财库公司已正式完成与Armada Acquisition Corp. II的业务合并，扫清了其在纳斯达克上市前的最后一道主要障碍。Evernorth将带着约4.73亿枚Ripple代币以及约3亿美元的总现金收益进入公开市场。

当时，Evernorth披露通过交易及相关私募融资筹集了超过10亿美元的资金。该公司的先前投资者来自加密行业和传统金融领域的知名机构，包括Ripple本身、SBI集团、Panter Capital、GSR以及Arrington Capital。

The final timetable has been slightly adjusted from earlier expectations. Evernorth had expected to complete trading on October 7 and start trading the next day. However, with the deal completed, the official debut is scheduled to be made on Nasdaq on Monday (October 12), and management is expected to ring the closing bell on October 14.
More than just holding XRP
Evernorth defines itself as a proactively managed XRP treasury company. CEO Asheesh Birla said the company aims to deploy capital across the XRP economy and pursues strategies that aim to increase the value of XRP per share over time.
It plans to participate in institutional and decentralized finance (DeFi) revenue strategies, ecosystem infrastructure construction, on-chain credit markets, and other capital market activities. Evernorth pointed out in a statement that this model distinguishes it from passive tools that only track cross-border token prices.
