XRP holders have a big moment: Evernorth is about to go public on Nasdaq

For XRP holders, an important moment is approaching. Cryptocurrency analyst and XRP enthusiast Kenny Nguyen announced that Evernorth XRP Treasury (trading code: XRPN) will be officially listed for trading on Nasdaq at 9:30 a.m. EST on Monday, October 12. Nguyen described the event as a "huge" milestone, fully expressing his enthusiasm and expectations for the development of the asset.

Core Highlights Disclosure

Nguyen included information officially released by Evernorth in his post. The material emphasized that XRP is "one of the few digital assets with a clear regulatory framework in the United States" and cited its more than a decade of stable operating record. In addition, the data also highlights XRP's deep mobility and the growing DeFi ecosystem as its core strengths.

Evernorth CEO Asheesh Birla described the company's business model as a value system designed to provide "beyond mere XRP price exposure." Birla pointed out that traditional financial returns strategies and DeFi deployments will be proactive tools Evernorth uses to generate shareholder returns while supporting the practicality of XRP. He called this model the "symbiotic model."

Nguyen's post highlights the significance of Evernorth to institutional investors and retail investors. The company plans to actively increase the value of its XRP inventory.

The road to a Nasdaq listing

Nasdaq's debut didn't go as planned. Evernorth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II initially aimed to complete the merger on October 7 and begin trading on October 8. Both dates were postponed due to administrative delays. The merger deadline was adjusted to October 9, while the transaction launch was moved to October 12.

Evernorth confirmed that the delay will not have the expected impact on the transaction itself. Shareholders approved the merger on September 30, clearing the biggest procedural hurdle before a listing.

The transaction is expected to raise approximately US$300 million in gross revenue. Evernorth currently holds approximately 473 million XRPs. Supporters include well-known institutions such as Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, Arrington Capital, Kraken and GSR.

The community responded enthusiastically

The XRP community is highly concerned about this. One observer expressed expectations for the event; another noted the strong momentum built around XRP in the current market environment; and a third acknowledged the importance of upcoming price fluctuations, while also pointing out that the final result remains to be seen.

The stage is ready on October 12

XRPN will begin trading on Nasdaq on October 12. Once launched, Evernorth will become a publicly traded company subject to SEC reporting and Nasdaq disclosure standards. Institutional and individual investors will have access to regulated XRP investment channels through standard brokerage accounts.

With the support of major institutions, Evernorth's proactive inventory management strategy has made this listing a landmark event in XRP's trajectory in traditional financial markets.
