RLUSD 
USDG OKX 以 250 亿美元估值引入 Circle、Ripple 等战略投资者
周二，加密货币交易所 OKX 宣布，Circle（CRCL）、Ripple、Qube Research & Technologies（QRT）以及渣打银行旗下的 SC Ventures 已对该交易所进行投资，投后估值达 250 亿美元。OKX 表示，此轮融资扩展了纽约证交所母公司洲际交易所集团（ICE）今年三月所持有的股份比例，并指出本周公布的估值为投前估值，未计入新增资本。
各投资方与 OKX 业务深度协同
这四家机构均已支持 OKX 业务的某一特定环节，涵盖稳定币发行、流动性提供、抵押品管理及资产托管等领域。作为多策略投资管理机构的 QRT，是 OKX 的机构交易对手方，为其提供流动性和风险承受能力。
与此同时，Ripple 发行的 RLUSD 稳定币已在 OKX 的统一订单簿中进行交易。RLUSD 于今年四月上线，支持包括 XRP 在内的超过 280 个 OKX 交易对。“我们的投资反映了我们对 OKX 所构建生态的信心，并为我们在稳定币、支付及机构市场深化合作敞开了大门，”Ripple 稳定币高级副总裁 Jack McDonald 表示。
Standard Chartered Bank's cooperation ties were established through BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized treasury bond fund. On April 28, OKX, BlackRock and Standard Chartered jointly launched a framework that allows VIP and institutional clients to use BUIDL as collateral for transactions. Under this mechanism, banks hold these fund units off the exchange, while clients trade in the OKX Middle East region.
Tokenized stocks and U.S. dollar applications advance simultaneously
Two days before the launch of this round of financing, OKX ICE, a joint venture between OKX and ICE, submitted an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch 63 NYSE tokenized stocks to U.S. users on October 4. These tokens need to give the holder the same dividend and voting rights as the underlying stock. Listed companies have 30 days to opt out before starting trading.
On the same day, OKX also launched "OKX Money", a stand-alone application for saving, sending and consuming dollar stablecoins. OKX Money users can recharge their accounts in more than 50 currencies and hold USDG, USDC or Tether's USDT. Eligible customers can receive up to 10% annualized USDG balance income without having to pledge or lock up funds. Currently, such USDG rewards and applications themselves are only open in some designated areas.
Xu Ming, founder and CEO of OKX, said: "The new capital will help OKX maintain growth and drive the tokenization of real-world assets." He added: "Exchanges are just our starting point, and we are evolving into a broader global fintech platform."
