据报道，JB金融集团旗下的子公司全北银行（Jeonbuk Bank）已开始向其企业客户提供以比特币为支持的贷款服务。韩国当地媒体EDaily周一报道指出，全北银行已成为该国首家接受比特币（BTC）作为韩元贷款抵押品的商业银行。
据悉，该银行目前将此项服务限制于寻求运营资金的企业客户，而用于抵押的比特币则由专业托管机构持有。
这一贷款安排的推出，紧随2024年10月1日生效的韩国《民事执行规则》修正案。根据韩国最高法院的规定，新规则确立了针对虚拟资产债权的扣押和清算程序。若发生违约情况，银行可通过法院授权的出售流程收回资金。
据EDaily披露，全北银行采用了一种系统机制，允许其通过加密货币销售的收益来回收逾期贷款，而无需直接占有这些资产。
截至目前，该银行尚未公开具体的贷款金额、利率或贷款价值比（LTV）要求。一位银行代表向当地媒体Chosun透露，该行已经发放了一笔贷款，但拒绝透露借款人的身份。
