链上分析平台Arkham Intelligence追踪到，这笔共计996.105 BTC的交易从一个标记为MARA的钱包地址转出，并抵达了一个与加密金融服务公司Galaxy Digital相关联的地址。目前尚不清楚此次转账是直接出售，还是出于其他目的（如场外交易结算或作为抵押品），因为MARA尚未公开确认该交易的性质。
在市场疲软之际抛售
此次转账的时间点值得注意。据报道，该动作恰逢24小时内加密货币市场出现超过10亿美元的清算，超过18.1万位交易者被强制平仓。在此期间，受美国十年期国债收益率创下数十年新高以及现货比特币ETF资金流出的影响，比特币价格跌至80,500美元以下。
本周，宏观背景对风险资产构成了较大压力。据Bitget Academy指出，由于现货比特币ETF资金流出、美国国债收益率上升以及通胀担忧，加密市场承压；当市场下跌时，杠杆多头头寸的平仓进一步加剧了卖压。
Since the beginning of this year, MARA's bitcoin reserves have been significantly reduced. According to Bitcoin Treasures data cited by KuCoin, the mine's holdings fell from 53,822 BTC in February to 35,577 BTC in August. In March alone, MARA sold 15,133 BTC units, cashed in approximately US$1.1 billion, and used most of the proceeds to repay convertible debt at a discounted price. In addition, as the company seeks to diversify beyond its Bitcoin mining business, it is also reconfiguring capital into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
The key question for market observers is whether MARA's continued sell-off indicates broader pressure on listed mining companies, or whether it reflects the company's deliberate treasury management and debt management strategies during business restructuring.
